The Production Shelf ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR (UK/EU) and applicable US privacy laws.

Third-party services
We use the following processors who may handle your data: MailerLite (email), Payhip and Gumroad (payments and delivery), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and affiliate networks (Impact, Amazon Associates, CJ, Awin, ShareASale, Partnerize) which use cookies to track referred purchases.
Cookies
Our own site uses no tracking cookies. Affiliate links you click may set a cookie on the destination retailer's domain to attribute a sale. You can clear or block these cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time (every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link). To exercise any right, email hello@theproductionshelf.com.
Data retention
We keep newsletter subscribers' email addresses until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept for seven years for tax compliance.
Children
The Production Shelf is intended for adults working in the film and television industry. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
