Purchases
Digital products are delivered via Payhip or Gumroad immediately after purchase. Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final unless the product is defective or materially not as described. If you experience a genuine issue, email hello@theproductionshelf.com within 14 days and we will assist.
